Hans Helps: A Coronavirus/COVID-19 Story for Kids due May 2020

Winuply Press is excited to announce the publication of a children's book on the coronavirus. The simple chapter book follows a kindergartner, Hans, as he learns about ways he can help stop the spread of the disease, COVID-19.


The book which is part funny, part serious and part a call-to-action, follows Hans through a day where he learns about washing his hands, social distancing and finding ways to be kind and caring. The book runs 80 pages and will be printed in black and white with many photos.

The working title for the book is, "Hans Helps: A Coronavirus/COVID-19 Story."


Author, Holly Winter Huppert, a teacher with 30 years in public school classrooms of the world, understands how to communicate difficult information to children. She wrote a book that made kids laugh, understand and want to help to make things better.
